1. Sabrubenshi to Lama hotel walking distance 5 hours on foot. Launch places is Bamboo or Pahiro.
2. Lama hotel to Langtang village: It take 5 hours  walking distance.
3. lama Hotel to kynjin goma , it take 3 hours on foot or walking distance.
4. Rest day in Kynjin Gomba, Look around  , hiking up to the Kyanjin Ri  and look around STOL airport on the way to the sisapangma Mountain.
5. Back to Lama HOtel from Kynjin Gomba .
7. Back to sabrubenshi from Lama Hotel.  village then another night to Ghandruk. 3 hours climb up  to the tatapani.  Then panoramic king village Ghorepani poon hill. after that come down to the pokhara.
