Nepal visa regulations:
It is need a valid passport at least 6 months time to get a visa. There is no need a visa for the indian people in Nepal.
There is a facility for the tibet visa from a Nepal, there is permitted only group visa from a Nepal. For the indian visa you can apply from the indian embassy of the nepal. those who are from the india to Nepal, for that people have to wait 1 month to get the entry visa for the india. There is no system to take the chinease visa from the nepal, only group tibet visa can possible.

There is no effect for the short trekking. in the monsoon season you can trekking in the rain shadow area such as upper mustang, dolpo. even there are evergreen trekking area in nepal, Ghorepani poon hill , Dhampus pokhara, lower manalsu , nagarkot-chisapani is the Evergreen trekking areas in nepal.
Best trekking season in nepal is autuman where is clear sky it is from a september to November.
