Accessibility45 minute fly to Tumlingtar to trailhead or by bus 20 hr. to Hile, with a round trip flight the trek takes only 20 days and by overland.
The RouteAbout 5-6 hr. walk per day, max. Altitude 4700 m. moderate trail, temperate climate jungle walk to High Alpine area, the area near Makalu in the upper Arun valley is cold.
FacilityNo teahouses, after the last village camping only, porters needed for all gear & food.
